EY6432GQKW Drill/Driver
Kit

Product Description
It's easy to see why this drill was rated a 2006 "best buy" by
a leading consumer magazine. Impressively compact, lightweight,
and comfortable to use, Panasonic's
15.6-volt drill/driver fits into tight spaces where other
bulkier drills won't. The 3-1/2 amp NiMH batteries deliver
remarkable run time per charge, which is a big plus, especially
if you need a tool for continuous use. What about power? This
Panasonic packs up to 390 inch-pounds of torque--as much (if
not more) than anyone needs in a cordless tool. The motor's
speed control allows full torque at any speed, so you can apply
full torque while still maintaining control.
The tool features dual speed ranges of 65 to 450 and 200 to
1,450 rpm. The 1/2-inch chuck takes bigger bits. The first thing you notice
about this tool, however, is how compact it is (the chassis
measures only 8-1/2 inches) and how comfortable it feels in
your hand. The soft-pad grip provides extra cushion and the
tool's balance is superb, two important features if you wield a
cordless day in and day out. The
tool lacks an onboard bit holder, but that's about all it
lacks. The 3-1/2 amp batteries are ventilated, so they last
longer, delivering up to 1,200 charges and recharges.
This drill is a smart buy for plumbers, electricians,
carpenters, and even woodworkers--in short, anyone who wants a
small, compact drill that packs
a lot of torque and is built to last. The package includes a
55-minute universal charger and hard-plastic carrying case.

"I love
this tool!"
By, Dan Beeson
"The Panasonic 15.6v is an
excellent choice for the one tool that I reach for more than
any other. I am a general contractor and have owned and/or used
Ridgid, Dewalt, Ryobi, and Makita 18v cordless drills. This
drill is by far my favorite. It feels good in the hand, is well
balanced, lighter than the 18v drills but can drive more screws
per charge than any of them. It has very precise speed, start,
and stop control. The speed
chuck is also my favorite because it has some kind of
ratcheting mechanism in it that has excellent holding power and
is easy to release. For a home owner, I would recommend the
Ryobi since it's half price (with a flashlight) and still a
decent tool."
"Light,
Balanced & Powerful!"

"I have this
drill for 2 years. I've built an 800 sq.ft. deck from IPE, very
hard stuff. All the holes had to be pre-drilled and
countersunk. Drove home boxes and boxes of 3.5" screws in
constructing the frame. Drove home about 2000 1.5" screws in
constructing the frame. Drove home about 2500 2.5" finish deck
screws in attaching the IPE. Have done several other smaller
construction jobs. This thing takes a lickin' and keeps on
tickin. I have the older 3.0 amp-hr batteries which are still
better than most anything out there. The clutch works very
well. The chuck is great even with small bits. And best of all this thing
feels great in your hand!!!!"
"Feels
good and plenty of power!"
By, Robert F. Leroux "Handmade-Buy" (Ogdensburg, New York

"The drill feels good in the hand and has as much torque and power as is necessary for
woodworking. I wish bit storage was on the exterior of the
drill motor casing instead of inside the battery case. The
latter place makes storage and access too cumbersome to use.
Kind of a minor complaint given the tight feel and power. The
size of the unit is great for toolboxes and carry alls. And it
is stable when sitting on its battery. Batteries last longer
than my 12v NiMH's. I'd buy another with no
hesitation."
